The Park Residence Complex in Pristina, a project by Berisha Group, is expanding with two new residential-commercial buildings, covering an area of over 20,000 m².

Berisha Group has received construction permits for buildings 14 and 15 within the A18 Construction Block of the Park Residence complex, from the Municipality of Pristina, as of yesterday.

This expansion marks another significant chapter in the history of Park Residence, further solidifying its position as one of the largest and most modern projects that are transforming the urban skyline of the Prishtina e Re neighborhood.
